“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.

“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.

“Website” refers to raviproducts.in, accessible from https://raviproducts.in

“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Orders once accepted cannot be cancelled. 

If you wish to cancel an order before it is accepted, you may reach out to us by calling us on the number or email id listed on the "contact us" page of our website. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by speaking to one of our representatives or by sending us an email.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

We do not accept returns on any of our products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately through any of the means listed on our website so that we can resolve the issue. We will either replace the product or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
